Under the motto “Cast off”, some of the Wegener International GmbH staff set off for the Ijsselmeer in the Netherlands. On a historic flat-bottomed ship of the FrieseVloot, we spent a great long weekend in a rustic atmosphere with good conversations, excellent team spirit, delicious food and a drink or two. It was not only the joint efforts to set sails that made it clear how important teamwork is for joint success.
